To, The Divisional Railway Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to lodge a formal complaint regarding the excessive delay of my train. Journey Details: 1. Train No. 12619(matsyagandha 2. Date of Journey: 13-09-2026 3. Thane - To: Mangalore 4. 3 Hours delay 7. Reason for delay informed (if any): Not informed Sir, due to this unexpected delay of more than 3 hours without any prior information or proper announcement, I have faced severe inconvenience: 1. I missed my connecting train/duty. 2. I had to incur extra expenses for food and waiting at station. This delay has caused professional loss as I am working and need to report on time. I had booked this ticket trusting the punctuality of Indian Railways, but this delay has caused me great hardship. Therefore, you are kindly requested to: 1.
