Why is train number 01666 running too late . I am traveling in the train. Please improve train running time and it's speed
Complaint Description
I catch this train at Begusarai when it is 7 hours late and in the train way it runs too slow and unwanted stoppage at small stations without any reason. If complain with station master than he tell that it is special train so it's signal is not clear from control. It is a very bad condition of our system and waste of time and money . Please notice on it and solve the problem
