Complaint Regarding Noise and Poor Service in Coach A2. Journey Date 14.09.2026

Complaint Description

Unfortunately, it was a very bad and unpleasant experience. During the journey, the coach attendants/staff appeared to be repeatedly accommodating passengers who did not seem to have reservations in the coach. I hope our next journey would be a “Happy Journey”.
