Complaint Description
Booked Tickets on 25 .08. 2025 at 8. 15 .44 A M . Only Two Tickets Confimed out of Six. Available was Eight . Two CNF Tickets of Wife and Husband given Two Separate Coach. Many inconveniences show in Phone Pay Booking . Earlier Online Booking system was much better . Total Fare deducted Two Times and refunded Two times with deduction of ₹ 906 Tickets were not cancelled . Then why this deduction ? Please refund the same amount .
