Complaint Regarding Inordinate Delay of Train Causing Severe Hardship to Passenger with Infant
Complaint Description
I want to lodge a complaint against Indian Railways regarding a confirmed ticket I had booked for my wife and my 10-month-old son for travel from Sawai Madhopur to Jaipur. The journey was planned in the morning train scheduled to depart at 12:10 PM from Sawai Madhopur and reach Jaipur at around 2:30 PM, which was chosen specifically for a safe and comfortable journey for my family. However, the train has been excessively delayed and is now expected to arrive at Sawai Madhopur at around 9:15 PM and reach Jaipur at approximately 12:10 AM. Traveling late at night with a 10-month-old child is unsafe and unacceptable. My wife also had urgent work to attend in Jaipur in the evening, which has now become impossible due to this delay. Despite having a confirmed ticket and proper planning, the entire purpose of the journey has been defeated. I want to know who is responsible for this inconvenience, mental stress, and safety risk caused to my family, and why there is no accountability from Indian Railways. I seek justice and a proper explanation for this serious lapse in service.
