Reluctant staff at parcel office Lucknow NR.
Complaint Description
Delay is parcel acceptance and still no assurance of its loading; siting labour shortage. I have been asked to come 1hr-1:30hrs before train departure to get the Truck loaded on to the train. Initially the parcel booking clerk redirected me to different parcel agents inorder to get his commission. That too while having his food at 11:45hrs ( God only knows what is the break sch followed in Indian Railways). Finally after acceptance and completion of the booking I was directed to hand over the copy inside to another HIGHLY QUALIFIED staff who straight away asked me to come atleast 1 hr before and ensure the loading myself. Please explain why the hell is Indian Railways charging? Yes they claim their services are cheapest but the hidden secret behind that is their cheapest servicing standard. It would really be contending if this message reaches to the RIGHT set of People operating at the positions which may make some positive impact. I have availed this Parcel service from other stations in past, but never faced such inefficient staff till date. Uploading he slip for retrieval of complete details of staff who were present at that time.
