Unsecured coach, feels like in General compartment being in 2A class
Complaint Description
Door of the coach is damaged and it's too noisy. Dusty and unsafe, a monkey came in to the coach and I was so scared. Now it's too loud and I don't feel safe neither my lagguage is. Complaint was logged on Railmadad, a visit was made immediately but just to make photos and videos. No actions has been taken. The defect was found right at the start of the train from Anad vihar, it is funny yet disappointing that train has left it's first station without even checking the basic amenities. I feel like travelling in a 400/- ticket by paying over 2000/-
