Dear Railway Authorities, I would like to bring to your attention that a large number of general passengers are traveling in the sleeper coach of this train. Due to the excessive crowd, reserved passengers are facing great inconvenience and are unable to sit or rest comfortably in their allotted berths. I request the concerned authorities and onboard staff to take immediate action and ensure that only passengers with valid sleeper reservations occupy the sleeper coach. Kindly look into this matter and take the necessary steps to maintain passenger comfort and safety. Thank you.

Despite repeated complaints, no action has been taken by the Railways. This is extremely disappointing and reflects poor accountability. Employees who fail to perform their duties properly should not be retained in government railway services. Passengers deserve better service, prompt action, and responsible staff.
