I need REFUND62yr lady had confirmed ticket Train04074 PNR2761830659 but G13coach didnt have seat 73 since 16 may 2024 Im complaining No alternate seat.

Complaint Description

My mother 62 age senior citizen was having confirm ticket but in coach G13 SHC SUMMER SPL (04074)PNR: 2761830659 that seat number was not present as my mother seat was 73 as G13 coach was having upto 72 seat only, My mother being a senior citizen travel experience was horrible (TTE told NO seat available to mother). I filled TDR but didnt got any refund also. I need the refund asap.call me on 9581766965.
